Montgomery Park Business Center
The Mongtgomery Ward catalog warehouse was constructed in 1925 and redeveloped in 2003 to attract and retain tenants with views of the greenroof from seven floors above. The 30,000 square foot greenroof captures up to 50% of the rainfall to reduce stormwater to help protect the Gynns Falls Watershed, and ultimately the Chesapeake Bay. This was the first extensive greenroof constructed in Baltimore MD.
